Alfa Energy Tech offers detailed End-of-Life Management Instructions (EOLI) for its batteries and energy solutions. These instructions outline proper disassembly, disposal, and recycling processes to help you manage end-of-life batteries effectively. Our EOLI guides are available on the technical specification pages of our products, providing recyclers with the necessary information for responsible handling.
Option 1: Battery Replacement Program
When you purchase a replacement battery from Alfa Energy Tech, we will take back your old battery free of charge. Simply follow the instructions provided with your new battery, and we will ensure that your old one is recycled responsibly.
- Replacement Process: For household customers, you can drop off your old batteries at designated collection points or use your country’s established battery collection services.
For businesses, Alfa Energy Tech offers dedicated battery collection services. If you wish to arrange battery collection or have any inquiries, please contact our Customer Care Center for assistance.
Option 2: Recycling Electronic Products
As part of the global effort to reduce electronic waste, Alfa Energy Tech adheres to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. When purchasing new electrical or electronic equipment from Alfa Energy Tech, our customers are entitled to recycle their old equipment.
- For household customers, you can utilize the existing waste collection system for electrical and electronic equipment. This may involve shipping or dropping off the old product at designated collection centers.
For businesses, we offer customized collection and recycling solutions. If you need assistance with the collection and treatment of your used electrical products, our team is available to support you.
